All Keltan® KSA products are accompanied with General Sales Specifications which include clearly defined set-points, test methods and specification ranges for primary product characteristics (mooney viscosity, ethylene content, ENB content and volatile content). The Global Supply Conditions of Keltan® KSA are also clearly communicated to customers prior to them placing an order. Our target is to deliver product in accordance to our General Sales Specifications and Global Supply Conditions.
In the unfortunate event that you are not pleased with our Keltan® KSA product, and/or any of our services, ARLANXEO will be your sole contact point for all complaints. You can enter a Complaint via Self-Service and we will communicate with you via Self-Service as well.
