Through such registration and the use of these portals or online tools, the following Personal Data is provided by you:

Personal data collected automatically when you visit our website
In addition to the Personal Data you provide directly to us, we automatically collect certain Personal Data during your visit to an ARLANXEO website in order to facilitate your access to such website. The following data is collected automatically:

If you use our Services as a (prospective) customer, or if you have a relationship with us as (representative of) a supplier, we will collect the following Personal Data:

- Your use of our Services. We collect information relating to your use of Services, such as information related to purchases you make (on behalf of the company you work for).

- Recording of video footage. When you enter or buildings or premises, you are recorded by our video surveillance systems (CCTV). You can also be recorded on video footage during events or fairs that we attend and during which we make video footage.
- Any other personal data. This includes any personal data that you disclose to us during the course of your contractual relationship with us, either voluntarily or upon request.
How do we use your Personal Data?
Processing of Personal Data is only lawful if we do so for specific and limited purposes, and if we have a lawful basis for processing such Personal Data. We process your Personal Data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases.

How we share your Personal Data with others
To fulfil the purposes described above, we may need to share your Personal Data with others. We will only share your Personal Data on a strict need to know basis with:
- Other companies within our ARLANXEO group of companies, such as our parent company, subsidiaries and corporate affiliates, for internal administrative purposes, management purposes, analytical purposes and other business related purposes. Before doing so, we will take the necessary steps to ensure your Personal Data will be given adequate protection by such parties and that they will only process your Personal Data in accordance with our instructions.
Do we transfer your Personal Data to countries outside the EEA?
After we collect your Personal Data, it is primarily stored and further processed within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). However, we are part of a global group of companies. This means that we have affiliates within as well as outside of the EEA. The same applies to the third-party service providers and other third parties we engage with. ARLANXEO has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data from unlawful alteration, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. For instance, when we transmit Personal Data, we do so in encrypted form to prevent misuse of the data by third parties. Our security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments.
How long will we keep your Personal Data?
We will store your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, unless there is a legal, accounting or reporting requirement to retain your Personal Data for a longer period (in which case we will store the Personal Data for as long as required to fulfil such legal, accounting or reporting requirement).
