Keltan^® stands for ARLANXEO’s commitment and leadership in Ethylene Propylene Diene rubbers (EPDM). The extension KSA to represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was added to reflect these unique products made in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

All Keltan^{® KSA} products are accompanied with General Sales Specifications which include clearly defined set-points, test methods and specification ranges for primary product characteristics (mooney viscosity, ethylene content, ENB content and volatile content). You will also receive via our online Self-Service platform detailed information regarding packaging, storage and shelf-life, as well as supplementary information regarding Product Safety (SDS, REACh and absence declarations) and Quality (ISO certification).

ARLANXEO targets “first-time right” with all its Products, including Keltan^{® KSA}. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) will be prepared by ARLANXEO for each order, with measurements done by the Producer, Petro Rabigh. Based on our Product Quality Checks and the Customer Quality Experience, we will be in close contact with the quality control department of Petro Rabigh for continuous Product quality improvement.

Safety is a key priority of ARLANXEO. We would like to ensure that all our customers are aware of how to safely handle our products. With your first order of a Keltan^{® KSA} grade, you will receive the corresponding SDS applicable for your ship-to country.

If you would like to have a look at the SDS prior to placing an order, you will be able to download at your own convenience the EU (in English), US (in English) or China (in Chinese) version of the SDSes on our online Self-Service platform. If you would like to receive another version of SDS (or an SDS in another language) please send us an Email at keltanksa_info@arlanxeo.com.

You can place an order at your own convenience in our Web Shop which is also accessible via Self-Service. Orders cannot be placed via any other means, other than through the Web Shop.

You need to register prior to placing an order so that we have all the right customer master data in our system. We will revert to you via Email within 2 weeks of receiving your completed registration form. In this Email you will receive your unique log-in credentials. Please change your password and keep it confidential.

The Web Shop can only be accessed via secure log-in with your unique credentials. The Keltan^{® KSA} Website and Self-Service (which includes the Web Shop) are located on a secured website which run with an encrypted connection via secure sockets layer (SSL) certificates.

The Order becomes binding when you accept the Price via the Email sent to you for Price Acceptance, or you can also do so directly in the Web Shop.
